No platform fee. No contracts. Pay for minutes.
A $1 number, fifteen cents a minute when AI answers, ninety-five cents a minute when a live rep does — first 10 seconds of every call free, then billed in 6-second increments. Nothing else.

What a month costs
Each call's first 10 seconds are free, then it's billed in 6-second increments — the estimate does the same math per call.
- AI minutes · $0.15/min
- Rep minutes · $0.95/min
- Number · $1/mo
- $1.00
Compare that to a full-time front desk.
How billing works
One prepaid balance, itemized by call. Bots for the easy calls, people for the ones that matter — and you only pay the people rate when a person is on the line.
- 01First 10 seconds free, then 6-second incrementsThe first 10 seconds of every call are free, so quick hang-ups cost nothing. After that, time is billed in 6-second increments, not rounded up to the minute. A 2:10 call bills as 2:00.
- 02Prepaid walletTop up from $10. Each call is deducted from your balance as it's billed — no bill at the end of the month.
- 03No platform feeA quiet month costs $1 for the number. No seat fees, no monthly minimum.
- 04Cancel anytimeNo contracts. Release or port out your number whenever you like.
- 05AI minutes vs. rep minutesA call that starts with AI and transfers to a Ringkit rep is billed at each rate for the time each handled, with a 30¢ minimum once a rep joins. Two AI minutes then six rep minutes = $0.29 + $5.70.
Questions about pricing
Do I need to port my number?
No. You can take a new $1 number, forward your existing line to Ringkit, or port it in. Keep your existing number: porting is free and takes 3–10 business days with most US carriers; your old line keeps working until the port completes.
Who are the reps?
Trained Ringkit phone reps. Before a call reaches them, the AI hands over your business brief and what the caller has said so far, so they pick up already knowing your services, rates and service area.
What happens after hours?
You set the rules per number: AI-only after hours, a Ringkit rep for anything urgent, or voicemail. Every call still ends up as a summary waiting for you in the morning.
Can I use my own team only?
Yes. The AI can route calls to your own people by tier and never hand off to a Ringkit rep. The $0.95/min live-rep rate only applies to minutes a Ringkit rep handles.
Is there a free trial?
Sandbox numbers are free for testing; see the docs.
Do you record calls?
Calls are recorded and transcribed to make the summary. Ringkit plays a consent notice on every call and follows two-party-consent rules by state.
